02. Practical Use Cycle

Step Action Purpose
1 Confirm the priority question Clarify the decision, risk, opportunity or outcome leaders need to improve.
2 Review the evidence Bring together survey results, workforce data, existing strategies, leadership input and current initiatives.
3 Map to EOF Code the evidence to Cause, Capability and Culture, then to the relevant Key Drivers.
4 Identify gaps and strengths Distinguish what is already addressed, what is partly addressed and what is missing.
5 Choose focus areas Agree the three to five priorities most likely to shift outcomes.
6 Build and measure actions Define owners, timeframes, lead and lag indicators and a practical review rhythm.
