Action Planning Template
Use this template only after the integrated post-survey review has brought together employee insights, current WMS commitments, HR and workforce data, and leadership and SME reflection.
Review gate
Before defining detailed actions, confirm:
| Input | Evidence considered |
|---|---|
| Employee insights | X-Factors, Key Drivers, questions, comments and material group differences |
| WMS commitments and plans | Relevant commitments, current initiatives, owners and measures |
| HR, workforce and operational data | Measures used to confirm, challenge or add context to the survey pattern |
| Leadership and SME reflection | Context, hypotheses, constraints, current activity and practical influence |
If one or more inputs is missing, record the gap and decide whether further review is required before action is set.

Quality test
A good action has a clear basis in the integrated review. It should be specific enough that employees can understand what will change and leaders can tell whether it has happened.
