Scope Confirm survey population, standard question set, custom questions and inclusion/exclusion rules.
Data Prepare employee population data, organisational hierarchy and demographic fields.
Timeline Coordinate setup, testing, launch, reminders, close, reporting and results sessions.
Communications Prepare messages, leader briefing notes, FAQs and reminders.
Participation Monitor response rates and identify practical barriers.
Confidentiality Apply reporting rules and avoid small-group identification risk.
Reporting Coordinate report access, portal users and post-survey sessions.
