Use this briefing before survey launch so leaders can answer basic employee questions consistently.

What leaders need to know

Why are we running the survey? To understand employee perceptions and identify practical priorities for improvement.
Who is managing it? Mastertek is administering the survey as an independent third party.
Is it confidential? Results are reported in aggregate form and reporting rules protect small groups.
What should managers do? Encourage participation, make time available and avoid influencing responses.
What should managers not do? Do not ask employees how they answered or try to identify who has participated.
What happens after results? Council will review results, communicate the headline findings and develop focused actions.
