Use this briefing before survey launch so leaders can answer basic employee questions consistently.
What leaders need to know

| What should managers do? | Encourage participation, make time available and avoid influencing responses. |
| What should managers not do? | Do not ask employees how they answered or try to identify who has participated. |
| What happens after results? | Council will review results, communicate the headline findings and develop focused actions. |
