Employer of Choice Client Guide
This site offers a practical guide for councils participating in the LGNSW-Mastertek Employer of Choice Program and using the Employer of Choice Employee Survey as a foundation for employee listening, reporting and action planning.
The guide has three connected purposes:
- Explain the LGNSW/Mastertek Employer of Choice Program and Employee Survey.
- Orient executives, People & Culture teams, survey process owners, leaders and managers to the Mastertek Effective Organisations Framework.
- Help councils move from employee feedback to practical action through the Mastertek Becoming an Employer of Choice Program.
The LGNSW/Mastertek Employer of Choice Program gives participating councils access to the standardised Employee Survey, reporting and potential recognition pathway through the council’s LGNSW membership.
It is not, by itself, a broader organisational development program of work.
For those wishing to move beyond survey results to action planning and continuous improvement, Mastertek’s Becoming an Employer of Choice Program utilises our Effective Organisations Framework to connect survey findings with leadership insight, workforce data, action planning and ongoing improvement support.
